Ebisoba Aburasoba Iroha is a specialty ramen shop in Kagoshima’s Yoshino district, opened in September 2022 by a former Western cuisine chef inspired by prawn broth ramen. The cozy, stylish counter-only space offers dishes highlighting rich shrimp flavor in both the classic ebisoba and the garlicky aburasoba. 

Menu Highlights

  • Ebisoba (~¥850–890): A fragrant broth made by simmering sweet and white shrimp heads, shells, and grilled prawns, served with wavy medium-thick noodles, soft low‑temperature chashu, menma, green onions, purple onion, kamaboko, and kaiware sprouts.

  • Aburasoba: Soy‑garlic oil noodles mingled with shrimp tare; available in regular (¥830) or large (¥950) sizes.

  • Specialty bisque: A creamy shrimp and scallop bisque with tomato‑based broth, thick noodles, served with baguette and sour cream to enhance experience.
